Global Investment Builders & Developers is a Karachi-based construction and development house building commercial and mixed-use properties from the ground up.

Every project we take on runs through the same discipline — sound structural engineering, closely managed sites, and materials chosen to last well past handover. We work directly with architects, contractors and suppliers at every stage, rather than handing a project off and stepping away.

Global Mobile Mall combines mobile and electronics retail space with ballrooms on the upper three floors. The building features a dark timber-and-glass facade and an illuminated retail arcade at street level. Construction is underway, with the shell and facade taking shape on site.
